I fell in love with Jane Stobarts' work in the Liverpool Biennial. It blew me away that she could get so much detail onto a plate not only that after doing the etching workshop I realised even more how much style and skill it takes her to create the light source and intimate detail in her pieces. This is a very messy process and to get such a neat and precise presentation takes patience and practice.
